Within Teachers as change agents – continued project, HAND Association, with the active participation of students and lecturers from two famous Hungarian universities (ELTE, PTE), examined how and to what extent the aspects and contents of global education appear and prevail in teacher training. During the project, participatory system mapping methodology was applied through which project participants rethought and visualized a chosen aspect of global education (e.g. sustainability) in light of teachers’ education. Veronika Kiss, founder of EcosystemEvaluartion carried out the evaluation work of the project, the aim of which was to provide feedback to the staff of the HAND Association on the applicability and transferability on how well the project has achieved its goal, whether the result will be used in the future by participating students and teachers, as well as to what extent the applied methodology was appropriate. According to the evaluation, the participants enjoyed the process (first learn, then educate the methodology), its participatory methodology, thinking together, expressing opinions, teamwork and team experience. The professional help they received from HAND staff meant a lot to them. In the future, they will apply the methodology in their education and other work.
