Experts from EcosystemEvaluation assessed national Operative Programmes (OPs) under the next Multiannual Financial Framework of the European Union, which defines the main directions of European spending between 2021 and 2027. We evaluated the OPs from energy efficiency and renewable energy sources perspectives, considering also how these programmes contribute to just and sustainable energy transition.
