A recently published book aims to synthesize sustainable consumption related themes, objectives and theories in higher education, aiming to provide a seminal resource for educators teaching about sustainability and consumption. The book will help teachers to navigate the specifics of sustainable consumption as a field of scholarship, and design their educational approaches in a more informed, competent, and creative way. One of the tools the guide contains is about a decision-making simulation game called Decarbonise!, the development of which GreenFormation contributed to. The game is about how to tackle the climate crisis in a holistic manner. During the game, teams compete to achieve carbon neutrality by choosing different policy choices and inputs while considering social, economic, and land use consequences as well.
