A binding ‘Cap’ on fossil fuel extraction, mitigating the main cause of the climate crisis and keeping us within planetary boundaries;

A ‘polluter pays’ principle, with a ‘Charge’ levied on all extraction by fossil fuel companies;
-
A new international body set up to ‘Share’ the revenue from the charge as climate finance, climate grants and a direct, unconditional cash payment to all.
