Do you ever wonder why we fail to take sufficient action against biodiversity loss and inequity, even when they threaten the very foundations of our society? Perhaps we lack the right tools. The recently launched DAISY project (DigitAl, technologIcal and Social innovation mixes enabling transformation for biodiversity and equitY) aims to fill this gap. It strives to identify innovation mixes—ranging from appropriate taxation and targeted regulation to participatory and digital tools—to steer meaningful change at both personal and political level.
