Agnes has contributed to a wide range of biodiversity, ecosystem services and nature-based solutions initiatives across research, policy and innovation contexts. As an expert for international NGOs, the European Commission and IPBES, she has worked on ecosystem services assessments, environmental policy and stakeholder engagement, with a particular focus on biodiversity prioritisation, societal uptake and science-policy interfaces.

As co-coordinator and contributor in several Horizon Europe projects — including Eklipse, PLANET4B, DAISY and BioAgora — she has supported collaborations across research, policy, innovation and practice communities around biodiversity and transformative change. Her work focuses on cross-sectoral collaboration and translating complex knowledge into actionable strategies, communication and implementation.
Agnes has also contributed to environmental and policy impact assessments, strategic policy processes, communication campaigns and transdisciplinary collaborations involving NGOs, researchers, policymakers and local actors.
She is also a certified organisational developer and facilitator with a strong interest in behavioural sciences, intercultural dialogue and communication, including language studies (she did try Chinese proficiency).
